Apply daily over your body.

Option 2: CeraVe Moisturizing (Lightest)

Apply daily over your body.

Option 3: LUBRIDERM Intensive Repair

Apply daily over your body.

ISDIN Facial Sunscreen

Re-apply the sunblock during the day every 2-3 hours if you are very exposed, and every 4 hours if you are not.

Morning Routine

Step 1: Wash your face

Bioderma - Sensibio - Foaming gel

Step 2: Apply hyaluronic acid

Eucerin Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Gel

Step 3: Apply vitamin C

La Roche Posay Pure Vitamin C10 Facial

Step 4: Apply sunblock (option 1)

La Roche Posay Anthelios UVMUNE Facial Sunscreen SPF50.
Re-apply the sunblock during the day every 2-3 hours if you are very exposed, and every 4 hours if you are not.

Step 4: Apply sunblock (option 2)

ISDIN Facial Sunscreen. Re-apply the sunblock during the day every 2-3 hours if you are very exposed, and every 4 hours if you are not.

Night Routine

Step 1: Wash your face

Bioderma - Sensibio - Foaming gel

Step 2: Apply hyaluronic acid

Eucerin Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Gel

Step 3: Apply moisturizer to prevent or to improve expression lines

Endocare Firming Facial Cream

Step 4: "If" you have pigmentation alternate this cream with the Endocare cream in step 3 (Do NOT use both creams the same day). For example alternate one day "Endocare" and the other day use Bioderma.

Bioderma | Pigmentbio Night Renewer (With this cream make sure to wash your face the next morning not to expose yourself to the sun with it).

Step 5: Apply eye cream (you can use it day or night also after the moisturizer)
